The Caddens project involved the successful completion and handover of hazmat removal, along with the demolition of an old single-story house and a 7,000m2 beverage factory with basement. TCE Contracting managed the safe removal of hazardous materials, including asbestos caulking between concrete panels. The project required precision in core holing, sawing, and craning of prefabricated concrete panels, followed by the full demolition and dismantling of the warehouse. Subsequently, the team completed the removal of the hardstand and disposed of all materials responsibly. Despite the challenges posed by the size and complexity of the structures, TCE delivered the project with excellence, ensuring a clean and safe site for future use.
