TCE Contracting successfully undertook make-safe operations at a former service station in Rose Bay, NSW. Our team effectively pumped out and disposed of liquid waste from underground storage tanks, which was then followed by washing, degassing, and in-situ decommissioning of all tanks and lines with non-toxic polyurethane foam. Additional tasks included securing electrical, mechanical, and fire systems, improving pavements with concrete repairs, and performing soft stripping and partial demolition. We are proud to contribute to this project and appreciate the support of our project team throughout these essential works.
