The Leppington Business Park Development project involved a comprehensive early works package that TCE successfully completed. Additionally, TCE managed the decommissioning and removal of underground tanks, liquid waste disposal, and the remediation of bullet-stop surface soils. The team effectively handled known contamination hotspots and managed multiple unexpected finds. Remediation efforts involved meticulous material tracking, emu picking, and the segregation and management of asbestos, heavy metals, and other impacted soils. Waste unsuitable for on-site reuse was safely transported to licensed landfills or treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
