TCE Contracting is leading the earthworks, stormwater infrastructure, and shoring operations for the Grey House Precinct Project at Pymble Ladies’ College. The project involves intricate excavations, temporary anchors, and precise pile caps, with the added challenge of working within limited site space while maintaining smooth traffic flow crucial for the college’s operation. To minimise disruption, TCE has carefully scheduled truck movements and noisy activities, coordinating closely with stakeholders to ensure academic continuity. Adverse weather conditions also presented challenges, but TCE’s resilience and expertise ensured the project’s progress.
