TCE’s Commitment to Indigenous Inclusion and Partnership

TCE acknowledges that First Nations people are the traditional custodians of the land that we construct on. Hence, the participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is immensely important to us. TCE has previously worked closely with Indigenous recruitment agencies such as Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) to improve First Nations participation within our team.

Inclusivity, Diversity & Equal Opportunity

Our company embodies a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equal opportunity. It is of paramount importance that First Nation peoples are given a fair opportunity to be a part of our team where they are treated with the equal respect and support as anyone else in the team.

Building Stronger Futures Through Collaboration

We understand that our industry can have some negative impacts on our environment, which is why TCE values the perspectives and guidance of First Nations People. As we grow, we aim to build relationships and work more directly with Indigenous groups by consulting them on new projects and business practices.
