Gender Equity
Our people are our greatest asset
TCE acknowledges and promotes gender equality, encouraging the growing participation of women in our industry. A recent Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) survey indicated the number of women within our industry is lower than 5%. However, gender equity is extremely important to our company and the inclusive organisational culture we adhere to.
Equal gender Participation
TCE is an ongoing member and supporter of the CCF ‘Women in Civil’ program. This initiative aims to develop equal gender participation by 2050 by facilitating active recruitment programs for women and implementing equal pay for equal roles. We also believe it is important to reflect female participation in all aspects of our company.
